java.sql.SQLException: Column count of mysql.proc is wrong.

I got this error on Tomcat error log while after I switched the server whcih is installed with MySQL latest version. I used full backup using mysqldump to restore the data. This was the issue I think since new mysql version have diff. table structure in mysql database or changes in engine level.

database error “Got error 28 from storage engine query: SELECT from(mydb.employees)”

The error come when MySQL doesn’t have any free hard disk space to write to. Check your /tmp directory, that’s where I had run into problems. I had forgot to make my backup script delete older backups and it kept writing backups until the disk was full.

pdo_mysql.so: undefined symbol: php_pdo_declare_long_constant

After the mysql_pdo installation on new Centos 5.5 server, I got the error “pdo_mysql.so: undefined symbol: php_pdo_declare_long_constant” I have done the installation and uninstall pdo_mysql using pecl package but still the error is live.

After googling I found that, PDO library is already installed which bind with php binary. But “pecl” installed uses it’s own […]
